Terms & Conditions
- Platform Access & Credentials: Client must provide timely access to relevant social media accounts and necessary brand assets (e.g. logos, images, guidelines) before the start of service.
- Content Approval: All planned content will be submitted for client approval prior to publishing. Delays in approval may impact posting schedule.
- Ad Spend: Any social media advertising costs (e.g. boosted posts, paid ads) are not included in the plan and will be charged separately to the client’s ad account or credit card.
- Copyrights & Usage Rights: All content created remains the property of Hoooolla Ideas until full payment is received. After payment, usage rights are granted for the client’s marketing purposes only.
- Third-Party Tools: Fees for any third-party tools, platforms, or stock assets (if required) are not included and will be charged separately with client’s prior consent.
- Community Management: Engagement includes replies to comments and direct messages during business hours only. This excludes crisis management or real-time event coverage unless stated in advance.
- Monthly Subscription: Plans are billed monthly in advance. A 1-month written notice is required for cancellation or downgrades.
- No Guarantees on Results: While we use industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific follower growth, reach, or engagement levels.
- Content Limitations: Video production and on-site content shoots are not included unless stated. Custom add-ons available upon request.
- Response Time: All communication and revision requests will be addressed within 1–2 business days.
